A cinematic, single-scroll website that presents the tower’s residences, hotel, observation deck and amenities, and turns interest into registrations and brochure requests.

Burj Azizi is a landmark tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, combining freehold residences, a hotel, an observation deck and a full lifestyle offer.
The website has to match the scale of the project: premium in look and feel, clear about what the tower offers, and built to capture enquiries from buyers and investors around the world.
The site tells the tower’s story in one continuous scroll: a height marker that climbs with the page, the tower’s headline features, then dedicated sections for residences, the hotel, the observation deck, the museum, amenities, dining, retail and entertainment.
A watch section previews the brochure film and investor presentation, a location section shows travel times to Dubai’s key landmarks, and a FAQ answers the questions buyers ask first.
A launch site for a project of this size has to feel premium without becoming slow, explain a very broad offer without overwhelming the visitor, and give every section its own clear next step.
We built a dark, gold-accented design with large serif type, a scroll-linked height indicator and short, scannable sections. Every section ends in its own enquiry button, so interest in the hotel, the residences or the observation deck reaches the sales team with context.
Brochure and investor-presentation downloads are sent by email after a short form, which keeps the files gated and gives the team a qualified lead.

The Burj Azizi Dubai website gives a landmark project a launch presence to match, and turns every section into a route to an enquiry.
