Where are you based, and who do you work with?
Zynable is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and works with companies internationally, with meetings scheduled in your time zone.
What size of company do you work with?
Founders building a first product, and established companies building new platforms or modernising existing ones.
How does a project start?
With a discovery call. If there is a fit, the next step is usually a discovery sprint or a scoped proposal.
Can you take over an existing product?
Yes. We start with a technical review so you know exactly what you have before planning what comes next.
Can you start from an existing prototype?
Yes. We begin with a code and architecture review and tell you plainly what to keep, refactor or rebuild.
Who owns the code?
Code and IP ownership are agreed in writing before work starts.
How do you price a SaaS build?
After the discovery sprint you receive a fixed-scope proposal for the first release, or a monthly team arrangement for ongoing development.
Do you design without building?
Yes. A design engagement can stand alone, and the output is ready for your own engineers.
Can you redesign an existing product?
Yes. We audit the current product with its users and improve it in stages, without a risky big-bang relaunch.
What tools do you deliver in?
Designs and prototypes are delivered in the industry-standard design tools, with a documented component library.
Which AI providers do you work with?
We work with the major model providers and choose per use case. You own the accounts and billing.
Will AI act without a person checking?
Only where you decide it should. By default, customer-facing output is reviewed by a person.
How do you keep our data safe?
Sensitive data is only sent to a provider you have approved for it, and every request is logged.
Can you migrate data from our current tools?
Yes, where the current tool allows export. We clean, de-duplicate and verify the data with you before switching.
Will it connect to WhatsApp, email and payments?
Yes, through the providers’ official APIs on your own accounts. Usage-based provider costs are shown up front.
Can it grow into a product we sell?
If that is the plan, we design the platform with clean module boundaries so it can become multi-tenant later.
Do you guarantee growth numbers?
No honest team can. We set a baseline, report what changes, and explain what we do next.
Do you handle consent and privacy?
Yes. Tracking respects consent, and personal data stays out of analytics tools.
Who pays for ad spend?
Ad spend runs through your own ad accounts. Our fee is separate and agreed in the proposal.
