How much does it cost?
Every system is quoted in writing after a short call, based on the modules you need. You pay for the system, never a commission on your sales or bookings.
Can you move our data from our current tools?
Yes, where the current tool allows export. We clean, de-duplicate and check the data with you before switching.
Will it connect to WhatsApp, email and payments?
Yes, through the providers’ official APIs on your own accounts. Usage-based provider costs are shown up front.
Who hosts it and looks after it?
We do: managed hosting, monitoring, encrypted off-site backups and tested updates. If an update breaks something, it is undone automatically.
Can we add our own features later?
Yes. Extra features are built as modules on the same core, so your system keeps getting updates.
