A single-page property launch site that walks buyers through the masterplan, clusters, residence types, location and payment plan, and captures investor enquiries.

Azizi Florence is a residential master community in Um Fanain, Sharjah, with villas, townhouses and apartments set around parks and green spaces.
The website is a launch page for the project: its job is to explain a large development quickly and collect enquiries from buyers and investors.
The page is one long, anchored story: Masterplan, Clusters, Residences, Green Living, Location, Payment Plan, FAQ and Contact.
An interactive site plan lets visitors preview each of the six clusters, and diagrams compare the scale of the community and its connections to the surrounding area.
Off-plan property is sold on understanding and trust. Buyers need to grasp the size of the community, where their home would be, what types of residence exist and how payment works, before they share their details. A launch page also has to capture serious investors without making casual visitors fill in long forms.
The page answers buyers’ questions in the order they ask them: what it is, where it is, what can I buy, and how do I pay. The clickable site plan makes the masterplan tangible, and the payment plan and FAQ remove common objections.
Enquiries are captured in several ways that match the visitor’s intent: a price-list request, a VIP investor access form, downloadable investor material, and direct WhatsApp and call buttons.

The Azizi Florence page turns a complex master community into a clear, single-page story, with an enquiry option at every point where a buyer is ready.
