Reporting a problem

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email info@zynable.com with a description, the steps to reproduce it and any proof of concept. Please do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before telling anyone else.

What we do

We confirm receipt, investigate, and keep you updated until the issue is resolved. We do not take legal action against good-faith research that follows this page.

Out of scope

• Denial-of-service testing
• Social engineering of staff or clients
• Reports from automated scanners without a demonstrated impact
